CRIF mission to Abraham Accords capitals

The Representative Council of French Jewish Institutions (Crif) and its President Francis Kalifat are organising a mission to the three key cities of the Abraham Accords.

On Sunday May 8, a mission of French Jewish communal leaders will fly to Casablanca, Rabat, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Jerusalem for a week-long series of meetings, in a unique trip to celebrate the historic peace agreements.

In Casablanca, the delegation will have the opportunity to visit the Hassan II Mosque and the Great Synagogue. A meeting with the local Jewish community is also planned. In Rabat, the mission participants will have lunch with H.E. Madame Helene Le Gal, French Ambassador to Morocco.

The next day, the mission will head to Abu Dhabi to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum. The mission will then head to Dubai for numerous meetings with public and political figures in the country.

Finally, the mission will arrive in Israel for days of visits and meetings in Jerusalem. The participants of the trip will have the opportunity to meet with H.E. Mr. Eric Danon, Ambassador of France to Israel. A guided tour of the Israel Museum, and exchanges with French-speaking Israeli MPs in the Knesset are also planned.
