The President of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain (FCJE), David Obadía, met with the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, to whom he presented the FCJE’s Gold Button as a token of appreciation for the outstanding work carried out by the State Security Forces in protecting Spain’s Jewish communities.

During the meeting, the FCJE President expressed concern over the difficult situation currently facing Jewish communities due to the sharp rise in antisemitism, reaching levels unseen in recent decades.
