Morocco’s state audio-visual authority (Haca) has sanctioned the Radio Aswat station for broadcasting antisemitic comments.
In a programme broadcast on December 10, 2015, a presenter guided an interviewee into agreeing with a comment that Jews “hate Islam since the era of the Prophet”.
Haca handed out an official warning to Radio Aswat for what it termed non-respect of other religions and incitement to racial hatred.
