Orthodox Jewish tourists attacked in Milan

Milan Police Headquarters reported that a group of Orthodox Jewish tourists was attacked at Milan’s Central Station. The aggressor, a 25-year-old man, punched and kicked one victim, hitting him in the head with a blunt metal ring.

During the attack, the man shouted antisemitic threats and insults in Italian, such as “dirty Jews” and “you kill children in Palestine, and I’ll kill you.” Bystanders intervened and called the Railway Police officers, who restrained the man. The attacker has been charged with assault aggravated by racial hatred.

The victim was taken to the hospital with a minor injury.
