Jewish cemetery vandalised in Volos

The Jewish cemetery of Volos, in Greece, was desecrated on Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day. Threatening messages aimed at inciting hatred against the Jewish community were written in the cemetery.

The Central Board of the Jewish Communities in Greece strongly condemned these acts and called on the prosecuting authorities to take all necessary measures to apprehend those responsible for the vandalism and bring them to justice.
