German police arrest suspected Hamas member

A suspected Hamas member was arrested by the German police near the Czech border.

The man is accused of procuring an automatic weapon, eight pistols and more than 600 rounds of ammunition to be used for attacks on Israeli or Jewish sites in Europe.

A weapons cache was recently uncovered in Vienna, Austria, as part of the same investigations.
