EJC sends its deepest condolences to President Reuven Rivlin on the passing of his wife Nechama Rivlin

(Tuesday, June 4, 2019) – The European Jewish Congress sends its deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the President of the State of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, on the passing of his beloved wife, Nechama Rivlin.

Her passing has not just left a hole in the heart of President Rivlin but in all Jews around the world, who witnessed her compassion and devotion to her family and all of Israel. Her dedication, especially to children from all backgrounds, was what truly made her a great example of acceptance, kindness and building bridges to and between all.

May President Rivlin, their children and family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
