Newly elected EJC President Dr Moshe Kantor held a productive meeting with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar in Jerusalem, during which they addressed matters of mutual concern.
Dr Kantor expressed and reaffirmed the unwavering solidarity of European Jewish communities with the State of Israel during these challenging times.
The meeting also underscored the Israeli Foreign Ministry’s commitment to strengthening ties with Jewish communities across Europe, as well as the shared determination to combat the alarming rise in antisemitism. They emphasised the importance of collaboration, unity, and coordinated efforts in safeguarding Jewish communities and ensuring their safety and resilience.
